You hand in your CV and get invited for interview, Then you get asked typical questions such as how you would deal with rude customers or general service industry questions.
It was good and overally a smooth journey. They asked a few questions and in overall i would say the whole interview was easy and it was a good conversation.

Was formal and professional. Was seated and talked to by two managers. They were very courteous. It took 25 minutes to get called in line for the interview and ended amicably.
