It was a good experience! Minimum time for intro and multiple problems have been asked about Uber, Ola, Swiggy, and RCA problems. The interviewer appreciated the approach story and analysis. It ended on a positive note, The reason for neutral exp is Somehow after one round it was not pursued further.

Asked random cases and quizzes. No proper feedback given or process outlaid. The interviewers in both rounds wanted to hear the exact solution they had in their minds and did not care for the approach.
If you have any other interviews in the pipeline, I would suggest skipping this one.

The Interviewer joined on time and was polite. I felt he was less interactive, might have joined this interview in between meetings. Discussed on the Past Product experience, why am i looking out for opportunities, why Adtech industry, etc. Have Asked three questions 1. For Swiggy/Zomato application, there needs to be a performance ad placed. What should be the CPC (cost per click) set for it. Free to take whether the ad will be placed on Google search or YouTube. This was a guesstimate question 2. Root cause analysis question, The Average time spent on YouTube has decreased, what is the reason and how would you analyse it. 3. Gave a Puzzle to solve; There are 25 horses, a race have 5 horses at a time. How many races will you need to determine the top 3 horses.
