      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 5 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Mediacurrent (Atlanta, GA)

      Colloquio

      Initial phone screen with HR. The call was not conversational at all. Seemed very scripted overall. It came across as simply asking questions from a given list, vs trying to genuinely understand or dive deeper beyond those given questions. Felt like these were simple check box questions. Was very interested in the company and opportunity but the initial call made me question whether the company culture as a whole was this impersonal and disengaged. Sent follow up emails and received no response from HR until I reached out a second time. Once I was finally rejected from the process after a month with no feedback both of the emails were automated responses. I get that personal emails cannot be sent out to everyone due to sake of time, but if a candidate is asking for feedback, you should be able to respond with a targeted response vs a canned automatic reply in fear of avoiding a lawsuit or something. But I do wish the company the best of luck in the future and was sincerely interested and excited about the organization/opportunity.
