There were 4 interview rounds + one assignment.
There was an initial technical/screening round, followed by an assignment related to making a growth plan for a particular category within the company.
After this, another round was scheduled which was split between asking questions from the assignment, and more case/technical questions
After this there was a round with the head of the department where one case questions and cultural fitment questions were asked.
The last round was with the VP which was purely case based/technical.
The entire process was speedy and the outcome was communicated on time after each round.

The process consist of 3 rounds of interview. 1st Round & 2nd Round focuses majorly on problem solving skills like case interview. And lst round focus majorly on fitment check of the candidate.
telephonic round + assignment + 4 f2f rounds at their office. Most of the interviewers were late, and this behavior has trickled down from the top. Questions were relevant and insightful, but their process is unnecessary lengthly.
