I have had two interviews. A first interview with the HR where I've answered general questions about myself, my work experience, my education, skills, etc. Then, a second interview, now a technical one. This time, the QA team lead have started to make me technical questions. The interviews lasted about 30min each.

Absolutely terrible experience. I was told they are going through some changes in the company and are trying to restructure their team but they are super disorganized. I talked to one of their recruiters on the phone, was told to that I was going to get a follow up interview the same week...it never happened. I emailed two of their recruiters in the next week and got no response. I was emailed a month later by the same recruiter wanting to schedule another phone call. He told me to call him at a specified time...I called and got no response. Very unprofessional.
