I applied online and was also referred. After a week or so, I got contacted by a first recruiter to arrange a phone call in the next following days. I specifically made sure to provide with my new phone number as I was moving to another country at this time (the recruiter did answer to the email).
On the day of the interview, the recruiter tried to contact me on the wrong phone number, and we exchange emails at the same time to clarify everything out to make sure the person could contact me on the right number. Eventually, the recruiter decided to reschedule the call the next day to have enough time to chat and I did confirm. The next day, the recruiter just skipped the interview, without prior notice.
I did follow up the next two weeks, no answer. I eventually got an email back from a different recruiter saying that they decided not to move forward with my application. Still a little surprised with how the candidacy was taken care of, did not seem very professional.
The interview process felt unstructured and inconsistent. Some interviewers were helpful and professional, but the hiring manager and one interviewer came across as defensive and less open to discussion. Overall, the experience felt less collaborative, less organized, and less candidate-friendly than I expected.

A bad experience overall as the hiring manager did not seem interested in getting to know me as a potential employee but had a series of prewritten questions that I would have to answer. The odd part of this is he had nothing to say about the answers I gave but the very second my answer ended he would quickly fire the next question. Sometimes he seemed eager for my answer to end so he would ask the next question of his list.

Tell me about a time when you had a positive call with a client.
Three rounds, positive experience, unsuccessful though. Nice hiring team and asked insightful questions. Seemed like would be a positive place to work with supportive coworkers and helpful management. Would apply for similar roles at this company again if the opportunities arose.
