A recruiter emailed me and shared the JD and asked if I would be interested I first spoke to the recruiter who went over the position as well as my background. It was a 30 min phone screen with a hiring manager after this. The third round was onsite full day interview. It’s been about 10 days since and I haven’t heard back.
