Initial call with HR rep who found me on LinkedIn. Follow up vc with an Engineering Manager who asked questions about management styles, difficult situations etc, and a subsequent vc with a Production Engineer who did a deep-dive into Linux troubleshooting.

1 PE - Service Ownership (45 mins) 1 PE - Mgr Exploratory (60 mins) 1 PE - Mgr Project (45 mins) 1 PE - Mgr Design (45 mins) 1 PE - Mgr Troubleshooting (45 mins) 1 PE - Mgr People/Org (45 mins) 1 PE - Mgr Coding (45 mins) All of the interviews went well. In fact, many of the interviewer indicated that they learned something new from conversation and they are going to apply it at Meta. Recruiter did not revert back for two weeks after number of follow ups and she just gave a cold call to update that I'm not offered. When asked for feedback, she said she can not share any feedback but it was technical (which is lie). I had all solid technical interviews - solved all troubleshooting, coding, system design problems. My understanding is - Meta is just interviewing to show on paper to USCIS for green card applications.
