Reached out by the recruiter, and had a video conference initial interview.
Execution interview had a trainee there, and I ended up needing more guidance than I should have. It was the case of a simple question being over-analyzed by me, which took unnecessary time
Insight interview went well, I thought, a fun, collaborative brainstorming session
Quick turnaround: by next day, they said they decided to move forward with another candidate.
All the flash cards, preparation, practice questions, and I flubbed what should have been a pretty simple question. But when you’re in the interview session, you never know if the answer you give is too simple, or if the pregnant pauses mean that you’re off.
Because of the interview process, I’ll have to re-apply after an obscene amount of time. But it is what it is.

Execution: imagine you’re the PM of the Events feature. What would you set as your team’s goals 12 months from now?
Insight: prospective home-buyers have various factors involved in their purchase decision. They are looking not only for price, but also for schools/crime info, as well as looking for new places to live after a period of time (in this example, 8 years). Create a home-building solution (either on FB or not), working from high-level, down to the MVP.
Wasn't too great interviewers were consistently late. I didn't appreciate that. After the Second round of interviews I decided not to proceed. All in all terrible experience. Wish it were better.

Structured interview process. Start with a recruiter call, then 2 45 minute case study interviews. If you pass the first interview, you move into another round of 3 case study interviews. Last step is transition into team matching.
