I was attending a career fair that was on a Friday. I had submitted my resume to an online database for the fair three weeks prior. Two days before the fair I received an email from Facebook that said they would review my information and connect me with the hiring manager who would be at the event to discuss my background, interests, and the roles.
At the career fair I was set up with a 30 minute interview. There were six interviews going on at a time and they were doing interviews from 9am to 5pm. I have no clue how many positions they were interviewing for or how many people they would take. They said that if things went well they would me to interview onsite in the Bay Area with the team. If that happens then there'd be a separate prep call.

Pleasant and quick! The questions focused mainly on XFN coordination and I needed to be able to talk about my past projects in details, and what went wrong. Be prepared to talk a lot about your communication, how you'd tailor it to different groups, etc.

30 min HR Screen phone call followed by a 45 hiring manager virtual zoom interview and then finally a full loop which consisted of 5 45 minute virtual zoom interviews.

All interviewers asked “tell me about a time” questions and “why meta?”

You feel like a number because no one in the interview process remembers anything about you. 3 recruiters interacted with me and none of them stayed with the org, just passed me to the next person in a 3 week span.
