Process was efficient and very well run. Skipped phone screen because the recruiter found my resume from a job fair and basically emailed me a few qualifying questions and ushered me in to my first round with an associate level individual on the team. This interview was over a web cam and focused heavily on my background and university experience and then a long case question with a bunch of follow up. My recommendation is to study a thoughtful method to answer the question, relax, and think logically and out loud and it isn't that hard. I was invited to a final round interview in person shortly after. I had three interviews: Leadership, Collaboration, and more cases. The interviewers for the first two were great. They were cheerful and asked thoughtful questions and I thought I nailed those. The case interview was different. The interviewer was awkward and cold and made it really hard to think clearly. He was obviously reading from a list and asked the questions in such a confusing way I had to keep asking him to clarify. This is the interview I know I scored badly in and what I'm sure led to no offer. Facebook doesn't give any feedback after their interviews whatsoever and you have to sign an NDA. Overall, I had a positive experience and the recruiters do an amazing job giving you preparation materials and tips.

2 interviews + 1 follow up interview. The first interview was 60 min loop with someone currently in the role. The second interview was 3 loops, each 45 min. The final interview was a follow up with the hiring manager for the specific opening.
