It was a pretty standard 3-part interview process: (1) phone screen, (2) written task, and (3) final video interview with the manager and an employee on the team. What sucks is I got through to the final interview but then was rejected and given no feedback. So I’m not sure if my rejection was due to my behavior in the final interview or my written assignment or both.

Met with multiple people on the content team. Was then given a timed UX writing test. Did well on that and was then asked to present on my background. The recruiter was very keen the whole process and then completely ghosted me at the final stage. It was extremely unprofessional, especially since the whole process took 2-3 months and took a lot of time and energy.

Was a few months long process overall, that was initially 2-3 phone interviews. Then, I had a zoom interview with two team leads to talk about the role. Overall, everyone was very friendly and communicative. Each person I spoke with left me feeling happy and positive with their friendliness. It was most behavioral questions and “tell me about a time you…”

Muitas etapas, mais de 3 meses para dar um retorno final (negativa dada na véspera de natal). Uma das entrevistadoras sequer leu meu CV antes da entrevista, o que levou a um grande constrangimento.
