3 part interview loop:
Screening call with Recruiter - helps to determine your current experience and high level skills to get to the next stage
Product Sense Interview - Design and prioritization questions. Goal is to see how you creatively solve an ambiguous problem. Identify your users, problems they face, how you might be able to solve them, and then actually wire frame a rough version of your solution.
Execution Interview - Metric oriented interview that deals with how you track the success of a product using data. What metrics do you check on a weekly basis, what metric do you use as goals for your team to improve, how do you identify the root cause of a dip in one of the metrics you're tracking.

Execution: You are the PM for Facebook Stories, what metrics do you track on a weekly basis to assess the health of the product?
Wasn't too great interviewers were consistently late. I didn't appreciate that. After the Second round of interviews I decided not to proceed. All in all terrible experience. Wish it were better.

Structured interview process. Start with a recruiter call, then 2 45 minute case study interviews. If you pass the first interview, you move into another round of 3 case study interviews. Last step is transition into team matching.
