Applied online and got the interview invitation after 3 months. I almost forgot I did submit the application since it took so long for CV review. First round was a 30 min call with HR. HR spoke very fast and sounded a bit in hurry , but HR was willing to give feedback and advice. HR asked me to introduce myself and asked some questions about work experience, also few behavioral questions. The experience till then was positive. About one or two weeks later, I got the second round video interview with role team leader in Singapore. The interviewer was like 5 min late and a bit cold. I could hardly tell his emotions or did he really pay attention to my answers. He's more like ok next question, next question, next question on his lists, instead of asking more follow-up questions according to my answers. At the end of the interview, I asked him some questions, but he didn't really answer them, just gave some vague or official answers. Not felt like willing to share. I could feel I probably wouldn't pass this round due to his attitude. One week later got a thank you letter from HR. I was interviewing FB and Google at the same time. To be honest, the experience with Google was better.
