I had a short phone interview with a recruiter, asked basic questions about my background. Recruiter was very nice, but I did not ever hear back, even after following up with them.

Interviewer was nice & friendly but somewhat distracted. He requested to cut 45 mins to 30 mins before any conversation even started, may be due to lunch hours. Ran through resume and job experiences, very easy flowing conversation that makes you wonder if it was a serious assessment

I felt that the interview went very well on the whole. Hr said that they would reply to me in three days. I hope you can gather your courage when you interview. Confidence is the most important thing!
