Getting dates set was a big problem. Lots of cancellations at the last minute. I will say the recruiters were apologetic and the interviews did follow their documented process but with all the cancellations it felt like filling this position wasn't a priority.

Many rounds of interviews. My first few interviews went very well. The last interview was the Design a System activity, where they said I was not technical enough. So that was the end of my application process.

Phone screening was fairly standard but I did feel it was higher pressure than other interviews I've completed. Culture questions were very standard, and did not get deep into technical questions.
