The initial call with the recruiter was good! Very friendly, then they sent the study preparation guide for the technical interview. The technical interview experience was really bad, actually I prepared myself very well for this interview. I started providing my initial thoughts about the first approach (brute force)... Then we continued talking about details until I was asked to provide a better solution. I provided a better optimal solution then finally I was asked to code it. During the interview, I provided the complexity for both algorithms (brute force and optimal one). The only question I didn't reply well was the complexity for a string comparison (constant). But in general I felt well with my performance, but they decided to not continue the process. It was really disappointing, no feedback. And the interviewer was rude, really bad body language and poor communication. Lack of empathy and friendly communication.
