Intense, lots of case studies and scenarios. The entire loop interview consists of 5 sessions of 45min interviews with peers, direct reports, and HR. All done through video interview, some interviews were also at weird timings because of time zone.

Not too different from any of the other big ones out there. I thought it was quite streamlined and well guided all the way from when I first applied for it through some of the advisory calls and then upto the actual interviews
