It was very standard. Same as how they've announced on their career site. Make sure the read the docs on the career site and understand the culture before the interview.
Wasn't too great interviewers were consistently late. I didn't appreciate that. After the Second round of interviews I decided not to proceed. All in all terrible experience. Wish it were better.

Strightforward interview, product sense, frameworks, culture fit, behavioral. Lot of pre-interview group zoom calls to learn about Meta and teams, anecdotally a lot of people in their nice kitchens and showing their back yards.

Structured interview process. Start with a recruiter call, then 2 45 minute case study interviews. If you pass the first interview, you move into another round of 3 case study interviews. Last step is transition into team matching.
