Simple telephone interview, then an assessment centre involving a business acumen test, psychometric test, case study, and interview. Finally a second assessment centre involving a really tough analysis exercise which involved creating a presentation in an hour. Ending in an interview with management.

What do we do, what products do we offer, what is our aim?
Three Rounds of increasing difficulty: first round involves two tests, then there is a HR interview and finally interview with a senior team member. The tests are administered online and need to be passed to progress to the next round.
Multi-stage process including online tests and presentations. Requires good math knowledge for some of the questions and understanding of a simple business for the presentation. Process was quick and they communicated well throughout
