Three Rounds of increasing difficulty: first round involves two tests, then there is a HR interview and finally interview with a senior team member. The tests are administered online and need to be passed to progress to the next round.

Simple telephone interview, then an assessment centre involving a business acumen test, psychometric test, case study, and interview. Finally a second assessment centre involving a really tough analysis exercise which involved creating a presentation in an hour. Ending in an interview with management.
