Had an phone screening that went well, she was very personable and down to earth, and after the screening she forwarded me to an interview with the Inside Sales Lead. I thought the interview went well, we basically just laughed, spoke on the role and the team, and the interview was done. Sent her an updated version of my resume after the interview and was ghosted by the company.
