I applied at the end of 2014. It took a few months to hear back from HR. They called and asked if I was still interested in the position. I went in for an interview with two people who asked me about how my past experience tied into the position. I answered appropriately.

It was a short interview with the search committee (3 professors and the business manager). I was surprised they did not have someone of the same role from other department at the interview.
Overall very professional interview, asking questions related more about my work process and what I thought about their websites and social media.

I met with a panel of people from the department. It took about an hour. I was asked about my experiance, if I had looked at the department's website and social media, and what I would do in my first 90 days.
