Whole process was about 2 months. External recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and did some initial vetting. Met with the internal recruiter to go over compensation and then I had 3 interviews (one with the hiring managers and 2 other GMs). Everyone was very friendly and the questions asked weren't really that difficult - typical tell me about yourself and then some follow up questions about my experience. However, they didn't seem all too prepared. One person showed up 10 minutes late and the hiring manager just was reading through a directory of random questions. Ultimately was passed up for an offer.
