I received an email from Naukri.com for the product opening System Center Data protection manager. I was contact by the HR and she asked for my existing experience and she was very happy to know that I have existing hands on experience on that product.
Later she scheduled the Technical interview but didn't send any invite via email or not even shared any contact for further communication.
I recieved the interview call at the scheduled time and initial 15 mins he discussed about whom all I know at Microsoft instead of going through the technical questions. Later he continued with the technical questions and I managed to answer 90 percent of them.
I didn't receive any communication after that interview. I accepted as a rejection myself due to lack of communication from HR which is very unofficial.
The reason for the rejection is not the technical interview instead the people I knew from past currently working with Microsoft most probably didn't share good reviews about me which should not be the case.
I prefer not be interviewed by Indians rather interviews should be taken by people outside India in order to prevent such happenings.
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds, 2 technical, 1 Managerial round. Technical rounds focused on what you have mentioned in the resume, so be well prepared for it. Technical round was bit tough.

After your resume is accepted, you will go through two individual interviews on the same day.
Each interview will be conducted online with one or two interviewers from the relevant department.
The first interview lasts 40 minutes and the second lasts 30 minutes.

Interview was with 8 other people who all joined at the same time. During the interview, no other interviewers put on their cameras during the entire interview. Two additional people entered the Teams interview 20 minutes late.
