4 Phases:
1. A phone interview with HR
2. An email submission of 10 detailed essay questions about accomplishments & responsibilities.
3. A phone interview with the hiring manager
4. A full day of 6 one-hour interviews with HR, potential subordinates, peers, hiring manager, his peers and his boss.
