Initially submitted my resume to Microsoft electronically. They scheduled a phone interview. Phone interview was about 20 minutes long and we talked about interests, basic computer science concepts. It also included a riddle and a basic testing question. After clearing the phone screen, I was called for a full loop. That included 4 technical interviews and 1 HR interview. Questions were focused on problem solving and applying testing on the solutions.
