Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Microsoft (Herzliya) nel mese di mar 2020
Colloquio
Applied through a friend.
Received an online code test - 3 questions in 60 minutes, to be completed before the first interview.
First interview was on Skype with an international recruiter, entirely in English (the rest were in my language). Some personal questions- "Tell me about yourself", "Tell me about a project you took part in, what were the technical details?" "Describe a situation where you felt under pressure", "Describe a time where you've had difficulties with team members while working on a project". Then some logic questions- "How would you explain recursion to a child".
After this interview I was contacted and was told which team I was being interviewed to.
Then I had the first technical interview with a senior developer from the group (not team).
General Data Structures and basic Algorithms questions.
Second technical interview was with the Team Lead.
Much harder questions about a course I'm currently taking (3rd year).

Colloquio
3 interviews. Only 1 leetcodes (easy-medium) in the second interview. Lots of personal questions, leadership and design patterns.
They were really nice, but at the end they ended up with someone that had more experience then me.

Colloquio
It’s one day with two interviews, and if you move on, you’ll have another two. One focuses on designing a tic-tac-toe (X/O) game, and the other is a LeetCode-style coding question.

Colloquio
Had three online interviews covering easy to medium LeetCode questions and a brief discussion about my personal project. One of the questions was the classic “Min Stack” problem from LeetCode.
