2 phases: 1 initial interview of 30 minutes and the final round with 3 back-to-back interviews of 45 minutes each (managers from the division that was hiring).
I did not get an offer, but they told me "we are not able to extend you an offer at this moment in time" and "there is a chance you could receive an offer depending on candidates that decline or if another position opens up." Not sure how to navigate this "waitlist" successfully.
