Lengthy, panel of eight, questions around variety of tools, policy, BPM, KPI, managing people locally and virtually. Process was intimidating and not warm, don't expect this to be a camp fire discussion, its intense and gets right to the bottom of the jobs requirements and if you are a fit for what they are looking for.

Normal interview process, nothing out of the ordinary. Process did drag out a little from start until final round. Interviews were well prepared (looked at resume and likely chatted with each other before the interview).
4 Virtual Interviews, HR, Technical 1, Technical 2, Technical 3
1 In person in Seattle, Washington for whole day.
There were 2 days between each interview and the in person had two week notice as I was unavailable in the first slot.

Initial HR and HM screen followed by a day of 4 interviews with colleagues, cross-functional partners, and leadership. Prep for the Microsoft interview methods, and you'll be fine. Everyone was professional and polite.
