Great interview, many technical questions and personal questions. Discussed Microsoft technology as well as the importance of being part of one of the top Microsoft partner in the UK. I had the first interview with a lovely lady in HR and then had the interview with the hiring manager and another member of the leadership.

The panelists were highly professional, fostering a friendly and engaging atmosphere. Their questions were thoughtful and relevant, contributing to a productive and insightful discussion. The overall experience was well-organized and demonstrated a high level of expertise.
Hit or miss with the people you engage. Some are good, some are not. This role is a stepping stone in my opinion. There are other positions one can move into after some time in this one.
