Initial screening with another manager plus an on-site with 3 other discussions. Not very technical, mostly focused on understanding my experience as a manager. Interviewers looked rather bored and didn't make an effort to engage.

Either resumes are filtered by a glitchy software or by incompetent and clueless recruiters.
I have 20 years of experience in managing engineers but 5 minutes after I applied for the job I got an email saying that I didn’t have enough experience. What a joke!

after 4 months I was rejected I am not at Microsoft level (technically and communication)
Didn't ask anything specific technical besides in the last interview, info which I learned in school 20 years ago like algorithms, complexities
