Codility home task with 3 coding questions. 2 pretty easy the third one was quite difficult. After that there are 2 interviews on zoom with some engineers from microsoft. I suggest you to learn easy and some medium questions towards the zoom interview,

I applied through their website with a referral, after a month or so they sent me a home exam, I think about a month after that i had 3 interviews in the same day, each one around 1:15 hours.
