Microsoft's network engineering team does a fast, efficient, day long (five hours) team interview. You may well meet three other candidates there for the same round of interviews in a different order. In my case, the people I interviewed with asked a variety of intelligent questions - it was a good technical interview without any of the legendary MS questions. Watch yourself at lunch. On the whole, expect a thorough interview about networking with intelligent people and leave the rest for the fit.

The interview for me was only 2 phone calls. The first one was technical with a manager and two tech leads. They asked all sorts of questions that would be relevant to the job. Since I had not worked with Azure before I did not understand most questions so they asked how I would go about solving them. They were looking to see how my problem solving skills were rather than what I knew.

Not good, the hiring manager was on vacation and no one was familiar with the role or organization due to recent reorg. Every person deferred back to the manager that was not available when asking questions.

I was asked by every interviewer why I was interviewing for a network security role in the networking org when I held a security title.
interview process is good with boss. many interviewer spam a lot of question on you. had to be calm and steady in answer. technical need to strong just can answer . prepare company profile and etc
