1 behavioral, 2 technical . straightforward questions were asked in the behavioral interview and then in the next two rounds 1 technical question each, leet code type problems. the first interview was about 30 minutes long and then each of the next two lasted an hour
I had a code screen from codality, resume/HR round, 3 interview onsite. Was not awful but bar has definitely been raised. I think that Microsoft is not paying enough for this bar.

LC Medium questions - based on basic array/graph questions. Phone, virtual onsite, final which were normal leetcode based. Recruiter call was fairly straightforward with behavioral type questions - resume, experience etc.
