Despite sending a follow-up email the next day and another attempt two weeks later, I have yet to receive any response. Update: After waiting for a month, the recruiter finally reached out to me. Following three interviews, the hiring manager indicated that I should expect a response by next Tuesday. I promptly emailed the recruiter, only to find out they have gone missing once again! This lack of communication is disheartening, especially from a company with Microsoft's esteemed reputation, as it results in a significant investment of time without the clarity and respect candidates deserve.
