Present one project from your portfolio, break down the ux process you had to conduct and explain what conclusions you reached at each stage. Have they changed along the way?
Well structured and gave updates along the way; however, the final interview results were not communicated until I reached out first three weeks after the final interview date. Other than that, everything else was good.

It was a very weird interview process. The hiring manager was on a treadmill during the interview. The hiring manager got hung up some questions like dealing with difficult stakeholders. The example I brought up apparently wasn't negative enough and because I couldn't remember on the spot apparently I didn't have the experience. Makes me wonder about the people who work there.
