Bij Microsoft doorloopt een consultant-kandidaat een gestructureerde sollicitatieprocedure bestaande uit een online sollicitatie, screeningsgesprek, technische case, gedragsinterview en een panelgesprek met senior consultants en een manager. Het verloopt wel heel vlot.
Also erstes Interview mit HR, im Anschluss mit dem hiring Manager und zuletzt ein technisches Interview. HR hat die gängigen Fragen gestellt. Hiring Manager vermehrt über Verhaltensfragen und das technische Interview hauptsächlich um Cloud und .NET Anwendungen.

The panelists were highly professional, fostering a friendly and engaging atmosphere. Their questions were thoughtful and relevant, contributing to a productive and insightful discussion. The overall experience was well-organized and demonstrated a high level of expertise.
Hit or miss with the people you engage. Some are good, some are not. This role is a stepping stone in my opinion. There are other positions one can move into after some time in this one.
