I applied through Jobstotal, I received phone call in few hours with some basic questions and invitation for 1st interview next day. I had chance to sitdown with one of the managers named Kamil. He explained me what job involves and asked some questions about my goals and previous experience. It took no more than 10min and he invited me for open day with company with one of their leaders. I spent the whole day with the team and I have had interview with one of the leaders, he explained me whole progression part and how the direct sales looks like, because I have never done it before. After the whole day with the team I came back to the office for final interview with Mr Crofts, he asked me some questions about my day, my experience and what I'm looking for and at the end I got a job proposition which I gladly accepted, mostly because of the positive atmosphere I could feel the whole day with those people and the progression part which is different than anywhere else if only you are a hard worker.

It was a simple interview with just questions regarding my background. After that I passed to the second stage which consisted in a "trial" day. The problem is that they were offering a door-to-door position whilst on LinkedIn it was specified an internship into the marketing field.
