First HR would call you to conduct a phone screening with some basic questions. If you pass then you need to pass the portfolio review, which is presenting your work to a design team.

Had a recruiter call. Questions were well tailored to the prep provided and very focused on the company. Recruiter was nice, friendly, communicative and punctual. Interview process was a lot of steps, but it was really nice that they laid them out in such detail/clarity. I did not move forward but recruiter did not ghost me and kept me up to date at multiple stages of the process.
