You fill out your application online through there website, First, they contact you by phone to do a phone screening, then they do an in-person interview if you get past the screening, if you get the job there is some paperwork and background check to fill out, then there are a few weeks of training, then you start working in your actual position being a caretaker.

I applied the beginning of April 2016. It took until June of 2016 to take classes I had already taken for another company. It took until July of 2016 to start working in the residential homes even though I had done this exact same work since 2011 as well as several years in the late 80s/early 90s.
