Time consuming. I had multiple interviews with a handful of people. I had to take a 20-minute personality test, right in the beginning stages, to see how I'd fit in to the company. I had to do a sales pitch on anything I chose and then answer more questions. I put a lot of time and effort in the company including a couple of follow ups and never received a response. It became apparent that I wasn't going to get the job based on another Glassdoor review that stated their interview process was easy. The least they could do is tell me that they've passed on me! Unprofessional.

Everything was made clear from the first email. At the end of every step I knew what was next. The process was very natural and well organized. While being interviewed, I was able to get to know the staff and the mission. I was always asked to be open with any questions.
