Chief of Staff was prompt with responses and provided excellent overview of actual position and was upfront with the pay scale and interview process. I met with the VP of Program Operations as well and was provided an even more in depth overview of the expectations.

Time consuming. I had multiple interviews with a handful of people. I had to take a 20-minute personality test, right in the beginning stages, to see how I'd fit in to the company. I had to do a sales pitch on anything I chose and then answer more questions. I put a lot of time and effort in the company including a couple of follow ups and never received a response. It became apparent that I wasn't going to get the job based on another Glassdoor review that stated their interview process was easy. The least they could do is tell me that they've passed on me! Unprofessional.
