      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 6 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Movinx nel mese di lug 2023

      Colloquio

      Initially, I engaged in a comprehensive discussion with the HR team, which proved to be enlightening as it provided a detailed overview of the interview processes. The programming session was conducted seamlessly through the Karat system, during which I fielded questions on Java and Design Patterns. Additionally, I tackled two algorithm tasks of moderate difficulty. Subsequently, I participated in an interview with managers, primarily focusing on behavioral aspects with occasional engineering inquiries interspersed. The fourth interview involved interactions with the team, wherein various scenarios were presented to gauge my responses in diverse situations. The last (but not least) of the interview process involved a meeting with the CTO. Our conversation delved into the intricacies of my previous mid-to-large-scale projects, covering both challenging aspects and successful outcomes. I found the experience enjoyable, particularly appreciating the prompt feedback provided during moments when I delved deeply into project details.

      Long to short, they don't know how to interview, so it isn't really worth spending your time on. 1. Karat interview -> You can search on the internet about Karat. It is basically 2 parts interview. 1st some questions about system design, 2nd part is online coding. 2. Behavioural interview -> They ask questions related to how you manage the team, mostly conflicts etc. I don't know what is happening in the company, but they really ask a lot of questions about conflict handling. You will feel like you are in a Project Manager interview. 3. Team fit interview -> Again conflict-related questions. And mostly about your current company, how are the things handled in your currently. Nothing much really about you. The last interview was more than enough for me to decline to continue the procedure further. Specially this question: "How can we be sure that your skills will add value to our company's core values?"
