Colloquio
Actually, this interview I had with Muck Rack was one of the worst experiences I have ever had within a recruiting process. Everything was wrong from the beginning. After I applied for the offer published by them I received an automatic confirmation email, and then I waited for almost 2 months for a real person to contact me to tell me that they were going to go ahead with the process. Once I was contacted, I was scheduled for a meeting with the recruiter 1 week later, which then became 2 weeks later, which is 2-3 months of waiting in total. Then on the day of the meeting with the recruiter, I received 3 messages from Google Meet postponing the meeting. Once at the meeting everything was VERY strange, the recruiter was in a hurry, apparently because the meetings were overlapping. I could tell that the recruiter had no idea what she was asking me and that she was reading everything. On top of that, the funniest thing was, that in the description of the offer it was very clear the salary range offered but, the recruiter started to negotiate the salary range. Overall, I found the whole thing to be a terrible experience. The feeling I got from Muck Rack is that it seems like a very informal and careless company with respect to recruiting new talent.
