Good, relatively standard, process. Initial quick chat with Tech Talent Lead, tech screen using Coderpad.io, then longer System Design, Coding, and Behavioural interviews. Process took less than a week - I had other offers, so this was important. Problems were all in-line with what the role requires, focussing on AB testing, web monitoring, and analytics.

The main interviews, after initial screens, were: 1) Design an experimentation system backend, 2) A set of questions on how my previous experience relates to Mutiny's Core Values, and 3) Pairing exercise to implement a web service producing simple analytics.
