The overall interview was very quick and easy. It was very relaxed and the manager seemed really chill as well. It was overall a good experience. I even received the email of acceptance later that day. But I think they really needed people and that’s why it was very quick.

First, assessor introduced the background of Myer.

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. It started with a phone screening, followed by a skills assessment and a panel interview with the hiring team. The final round was with senior leadership to assess cultural fit. Communication was clear throughout, and the process took about a few weeks. Overall, a professional and positive experience!
The interview is about a dozen people together. The interviewer asks questions and begins to introduce himself. Then groups (basically people sitting at the same table) role-play customers and sales.
