Interview included introducing myself. Explaining my job role in the former company. The employer was keen on understanding the depth of my job knowledge, passion to work. The interviewer asked very specific questions job related questions. The employer was very sure of what the requirement was and made the job role pretty clear. There was no ambiguity.
