Very straight forward and kind interviewer make sure that you understand the process of how it works. Another native speaker will conduct a little test with you and check your grammar knowledge.

They tested it I am a native speaker and gave me difficult grammatical problems and I had to tell on the spot what was wrong and how to explain it to a student. (I have been a teacher for a long while so most of the questions were easy to me, the last 2 were very tricky)
