Vey smooth. Enough information was provided by the recruiting team. For the case study interview also the communication was clear and enough time was offered to complete the case. The interviewers were professional and knowledgeable, asked clear questions.
I applied for a role and was very excited at first since I matched all the criteria and the role was very similar to my previous experience. I had an interview with a recruiter and she gave me positive feedback and signals during the interview and even gave me tips for the next stages. I was told that I'd receive an email shortly with the next steps and would have the opportunity to speak with the hiring manager in the next round. I waited for two weeks and got a rejection email. I even asked for written feedback and was completely ignored. This is a complete lack of transparency and respect for the candidates and extremely unethical.

We had to complete an intro telephonic call, followed by a call with the hiring manager. Thereafter I completed a case study. My final round was with the head of the team who quizzed me on my case study as well as my reasoning on why I wanted to work for N26 and to move to Berlin. This I see was a team compatibility fit
